Cruising is seriously awesome! One of the coolest places onboard is the sports court. That’s where I’ve met most of my cruise buddies. We’re all about shooting hoops and playing basketball there. I actually made one of my best friends while going head-to-head in a one-on-one game! Whenever we had some free time, you bet we were out there playing. And it wasn’t just one-on-one—sometimes we’d team up for some intense two-on-two action. Even though I’ve never been the champ in any tournaments, I gotta say, competing with other passengers is always a blast!
Oh, and we also tried our hand at soccer on the sports court, but let’s just say it’s not exactly my forte. I usually end up as the goalie, and, well, I’m not exactly unbeatable there either! But hey, it’s all about the fun, right? No soccer trophies for me, but plenty of memories made on that court!
Now, let’s talk about food. Oh man, cruise ship food is out of this world! I’ve tried some seriously wild stuff like escargot (that’s snails!), ox tongue, and yep, even frog legs! But if you’re sailing with Carnival, you’ve got to check out Guy’s Burger Joint. Their burgers and fries are like a taste explosion in your mouth! Another spot I can’t get enough of is Big Chicken. Their crispy chicken sandwiches are next-level deliciousness!
And don’t even get me started on the ice cream and pizza onboard. It’s like a tradition for me to grab a slice of pizza from the pizza place before hitting the hay. It’s quick, it’s tasty, and it’s the perfect late-night snack to end an awesome day at sea!
